‘Self-Help’ Housing Project Could Be First in Rural Alaska
The Mutual Self-Help Housing Program proposed for Nome would be the first of its kind in rural Alaska. If there’s enough interest, qualifying families and individuals would work together to construct a group of homes themselves.

Funds for our studio construction are now just shy of $700,000; Dayneé has received an award for her production work; and our entire station is a finalist for one of broadcasting’s highest honors.
