What Are You Afraid Of?

It’s usually my favorite month, but October is undeniably spooky.

I decided to lean into that and really think about fear. I talked to friends, dredged my childhood memories, and asked myself questions like: Have I always been afraid of the same things, or have my terrors changed? Can fear be a good thing? Am I scared right now??

The result of all that fear-mongering is this week’s audioblog. Plus it gave me an excuse to sample creepy organ music from “Carnival of Souls” and a (slightly edited) song by Podington Bear (license). Take a listen — if you dare!
