Greetings! My name is Teresa Martin, I was born and raised in Nome listening to KNOM, but currently reside in Anchorage. I am excited to be working for my hometown radio station! Memories as a kid of KNOM are from listening to mass at camp in the summers, the nightly rosery, and going and recording spots to air about Vocational Education Week as a part of Future Homemakers of America.

I earned my AA in Paraprofessional Accounting from Bellevue Community College in WA and later earned my BS in Business with a Concentration in Accounting from University of Phoenix online. I have worked for small businesses, medium to large corporations and I’m looking forward to working behind the scenes and learning more about what keeps KNOM on the air.

Outside of work my husband and I enjoy camping, hiking, and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy crafting – from crocheting to sewing.
