Howdy! My journey to Nome starts with spending my early childhood in Seattle, Washington and developing a love for everything the Northwest has to offer. After moving to Texas for the rest of my primary and secondary school years, I made it back to the PNW to attend the University of Oregon. This is where my love for adventure grew, ultimately leading me to take on an entirely new adventure in Nome.

Over the years I’ve picked up experience in Journalism, Finance, and Marketing beginning in high school when I served as News Editor for a nationally acclaimed online publication. This set the foundation for a career in marketing where I have since held roles in the mortgage and ed-tech industries. Throughout my career I have loved the opportunity to craft creative and compelling stories using a variety of mediums.

Outside of work I like to ride my bike on the gravel roads leading out of town and take in the scenery. I’m also raising a golden retriever puppy named Ruthie with my partner, but by the time you read this she might be bigger than me!
