Governor gives former Nome mayor lifetime achievement in arts award
The Distinguished Service to the Humanities award in education went to Roy Agloinga. Agloinga was joined by former Mayor of Nome, Richard Beneville. As Beneville passed away in May of 2020, his award is given posthumously.
