To use the guide, first click on a race (U.S. Senate, U.S. House, etc.) to see who’s running. Then you can browse through the candidates, or you can scroll down to compare the candidates’ responses to a series of questions.
This guide was made by Alaska Public Media, KTOO, the Alaska Beacon and the Anchorage Daily News. Each news organization asked its readers, viewers and listeners this question: What do you want candidates to talk about?
Then we reached out to the candidates with a questionnaire based on your questions. Their answers make up the voter guide.
Special thanks go out to the Alaska Center for Excellence in Journalism, which provided funding for this project.
