Seavey Leads out of Iditarod

Dallas Seavey is the current race lead, checking out of the Iditarod checkpoint at 2:55 this afternoon with 14 dogs. He heads back down the Gold Trail Loop towards the race finish at Deshka Landing.

Another musher scratched at McGrath this afternoon, Rookie Christopher Parker scratched out of the best interest for his team, he had 8 dogs on the line.
