The first line in our mission statement, Encountering Christ, means to experience His presence and allow it to transform us. Christ did not come to judge the world, but to set it right. His presence heals, restores, and reconciles.
For KNOM, our work begins by stepping closer, like God did, to the world’s brokenness and pain – not running away from discomfort. When we embed ourselves with Christ in Western Alaska, the rest of the work flows naturally.
