During the late summer in Alaska, days are long, the salmon is running, and the berries are abundant.

Harvesting these riches takes grit and the ability to change plans quickly when needed.

It’s a reminder to think long-term while doing the work set before us – together.

It is when we are stretched and challenged that learning happens. Flexibility creates resiliency and growth that lasts.
