Audit services for the City of Nome are the main agenda item for Monday evening’s City Council meeting.
The Nome Common Council only has one item of new business, and that is a resolution to approve a contract with Altman, Rogers, and Co. for an audit of the 2019 fiscal year. Out of the six communication items, three concern the budget and taxes, including the most updated Fiscal Year 2020 Nome Budget Calendar. As per usual format, residents will have time to offer thoughts and concerns during citizens’ comments.
Tonight’s City Council meeting will be held at 7pm in the Nome City Council Chambers.
