Father Ross Returns to Nome

The KNOM staff was delighted to welcome back to Nome a longtime friend of the mission last month: Father Ross Tozzi, a board member and former parish priest at St. Joseph Church.

Fr. Ross was visiting Nome to introduce a potential parish priest, Father Alphonsus (originally from Nigeria, now in the Diocese of Fairbanks) to Nome and Western Alaska. During his stay, he spent several sessions reviewing with KNOM staff the five-decade history of the mission, as well as his own vocation story and memories of service in Nome.

Thanks, Fr. Ross!
