Last School Day for Arnold as Nome Superintendent; Schildbach to Start July 1

Today is the last day of school in Nome. And that means it’s the last day students will go to class with Shawn Arnold in the superintendent’s seat.

After three-and-a-half years as head honcho of Nome Public Schools, Arnold will leave Nome next month and head to Valdez. Click the link below to hear from his replacement and how the new Superintendent plans on running the school district.
