Mark Hayward

Hi! I’m Mark Hayward, a volunteer KNOM contributor. Cammie Hayward and I came to Nome seven years ago when I signed on for a two-year contract working with Community Health Aides in the Norton Sound Region. Cammie and I are no longer with NSHC, but I’ve fallen in love with this part of Alaska, especially the way faith can sustain individuals and communities in challenging circumstances. Hopefully the upcoming series of interviews will be a way for KNOM’s listeners to hear about similar experiences shared by believers in Ukraine.
