The games aren’t just a way for students to compete and develop athletic skills; they’re also a means for youth to connect to subsistence culture and learn to support each other.

The City of Unalakleet is searching for the location of a water pipe leak that has caused the community’s water tank to rapidly deplete. Nearly 240,000 gallons of water have been lost since Friday.
