This month’s episode of Story49 shines the spotlight on Nikaitchuat Ilisagviat, an Inupiaq language immersion preschool in Kotzebue. Nikaitchuat Ilisagviat aims to immerse students from both native and non-native backgrounds in not only the Inupiaq language, but also in Inupiaq culture.
