What sort of team might be most likely to win Iditarod 2010? Hugh Neff talked briefly with us while he was in the Nikolai checkpoint, and he speculated on what combination of factors might make for a championship team this year. Neff also talked about his own pacing for the Iditarod, the issues he faced on the trail to Nikolai (over the “Farewell Burn,” one of the race’s hardest stretches), and more:
