Our race reporter Laureli caught up with Western Alaskan musher John Baker (from Kotzebue, AK) when he was in Nikolai. He briefly shared his experiences and outlook on the trail thus far, as well as a few of the dogs that feature prominently in his team:
Baker (from Kotzebue) is off to an impressive start in Iditarod 2010. He left Nikolai in third position, behind mushers Jeff King and Sebastian Schnuelle.
