Ingredients:
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup pumpkin (Libby’s Pure Pumpkin)
- 1 can of drained unsalted green beans, chopped up into small bits
- 2 cups or so of oatmeal (Quaker Oats)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place parchment paper on cookie sheets.
- Mix all the ingredients together and then form small balls and place on parchment paper. Flatten with your fingers.
- Bake for about 30 to 40 minutes until desired crispness. Cool.
- Store in a zip lock bag in the freezer.
- Take a few out to defrost in the fridge. Keep in the fridge for about 3 days.
