“YOURS FOR WESTERN ALASKA”

(907) 443-5221

Dear Friend… (November 2020)

KNOM is in it for the long haul.

The mission’s deep roots and long-term presence in Western Alaska empower growth.

For listeners, KNOM is a place for local voices to be heard. Daily newscasts and live programming from important statewide events, such as the Alaska Federation of Natives Convention, connects rural residents to a wider community.

For staff and volunteers, the station is a place to learn. Many broadcasters have taken their first radio steps at KNOM. It is a safe place to try new things, stretch one’s limits, and discover the potential God has placed in each of us.

Thank you for supporting a faithful radio presence in Western Alaska!
