Summertime in Western Alaska is easily summarized in the photo “Father and Son Cutting Fish at Teller Camp.” Salmon runs mark the beginning of summer, and many families in our region take advantage of warmer weather and drivable dirt roads to visit their fish camp sites.

We would like to remind all those submitting that we will not be considering any more photos with children. We are accepting photos through July 31st, 2014, announcing a new winner every week.
