Last night, I was trying to take a picture of a perfect omelet that I had made for dinner. My phone kept reminding me that I had no space available; because of this, I would not be able to capture my immaculate creation. There is one thing you have to understand: I have never really understood how to get photos off of my phone. I can barely work my phone. Even though I grew up with the internet, cell phones, and computers, I am pretty useless when it comes to technology.
I was determined to take this photo, however: who knows when I will ever make an omelet successfully again? Let alone a perfect omelet. I bit the bullet, researched how to save my photos to my computer and free up space on my phone. It took hours, days, years, or maybe five minutes — who really knows?! I realized while going through my phone how many photos I had taken while living in Nome for the past 3 months. I thought I would share some of the photos on this post so you do not have to read my tech troubles.
Sadly, I was unable to take a photo of my perfect omelet. It just looked too delicious, during my intense research… so I ate it. Oh well, at least I know how to save and share my photos. I will make sure to post a photo of my next omelet for all of you concerned about my progress as a Chef.
